This picturesque place in the 19th century belonged to a close friend of A. S. Pushkin-General Dmitry Ivanovich Luzhin, a little later it passed into the hands of the Plessky merchant Fyodor Vasilyevich Shilov, and today it is owned by his great-grandson, who became one of the founders of our guest complex.

Gorgeous place, everything is hospitable and sincere. There are a lot of fish in the pond, you can rent fishing rods, gazebos for residents for free. We took an apartment – an ideal place to stay for four people. The apartment is on the second floor, all the dishes are there, a large dining area, two separate rooms-bedrooms.
